You’ll have a chance to make a big impact both in our company and within clients’ organisations. We encourage people to be themselves at work; we have an informal and open environment where people are welcome to share their views right from the start on everything from how the company is run, to what pictures we have on the walls.

We are a small team, with a lot of external resources. That means we all chip in to get things done - and consequently, we all get a say and ideas are heard. We try to maintain a pretty flat structure by supporting each other and recognising one another’s strengths.
