About Us:
Join our dynamic Learning and Development team dedicated to enhancing the capabilities of our workforce. We are seeking a passionate Learning and Development Specialist to deliver impactful learning initiatives that support our organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will:

  • Execute comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
  • Deliver engaging classroom and virtual training sessions tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Facilitate workshops and programmes that create high-quality learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure learning programmes align with business needs and achieve desired outcomes.
  • utilise your understanding of DSAT methodology to design and implement effective learning solutions.
  • Support the design team in creating new learning content that addresses identified skill gaps.
  • Manage the scheduling and delivery of workshops, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously evolve content based on feedback and business needs.
  • Communicate learning initiatives effectively to stakeholders and promote engagement across the organisation.

Essential Skills and Experience:
To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a commercial Learning and Development function.
  • Strong facilitation skills and the ability to adapt delivery methods to suit various learning styles.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in content writing and resource planning.
  • Familiarity with digital resource delivery and best practises in Learning and Development.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Additional Requirements:

  • BPSS Clearance is required. (Can be provided)
  • Previous line management experience is desired but not essential.
  • An innovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and best practises in learning.
