The Role:
Assist in translating design concepts into detailed technical drawings and working packages.
Support the preparation of specifications, schedules, and construction documents for residential and mixed-use schemes.
Work closely with architects, technicians, and consultants to ensure compliance with Building Regulations and project requirements.
Contribute to technical delivery through various project stages under supervision.
Receive ongoing mentoring and training from experienced team members.
The Person:
Architectural Technician / Technologist or similar with a background in residential or mixed-use developments.
Within a commutable distance of Portishead.
Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
