About the Role:


As a Quality Engineer, you will be instrumental in maintaining and improving product quality, ensuring compliance with industry standards like AS9100 rev D, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. You'll lead root cause investigations, manage supplier relationships, and utilize statistical methods to uphold the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead 8D problem-solving for internal and supplier complaints
  • Manage inbound goods containment and resolve quality issues
  • Conduct supplier audits and internal assessments
  • Prepare FAIRs in line with AS9100 standards
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation (APQP, PPAP)
  • Use statistical tools and metrology techniques to monitor quality
  • Collaborate across teams to promote quality excellence


What We're Looking For:

  • Degree in Quality, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing quality assurance
  • Strong knowledge of AS9100 rev D and FAIR reporting (AS9102 rev C)
  • Experience with APQP, PPAP, and quality inspection methods
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Qualification in an engineering discipline (HNC level or higher) preferred
  • ASQ certification is a plus
