An award winning multi-disciplinary practice based in the centre of Bristol are looking for a Conservation Architect. Providing services in architecture, building surveying, civil and structural engineering this is a lovely team of Architects in the Bristol office.

The consultancy have a very unique niche within the MOD and heritage sector, so this would suit somebody with an interest and passion in heritage projects, you will be assisting the Project Architect working across a variety of stages.

The Role:
  • Assisting the Architect from start to finish across all RIBA stages, managing the overall design process within the RIBA work stages
  • Co-ordinating a design team, working with Product Designers in-house and external construction professionals
  • Complete site visits to check on progress and budget
  • Liaise with the client and external consultants, attending design team meetings, managing collaborative communication streams and ensuring that the design projects are on schedule
The Candidate:
  • Good working knowledge of UK building regulations
  • Client focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong design and technical abilities
  • The ability / willingness to deliver projects.
  • An up-to-date knowledge of planning stage processes and methods
  • Hold a relevant Part 2 Architecture degree
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit would be an advantage
