They have produced designs for over 50,000 homes in the UK with 200 large scale planning approvals to date. You’ll be working on large-scale residential developments for leading housebuilders.
You will gain experience preparing planning application packs, street scenes, and other presentation materials.
Prepare planning house types, flat blocks, and planning layouts.
You’ll work on important documents such as Design & Access Statements, and assist the technical department in meeting project deadlines.
Ideally, you’ll have previous experience within the residential housing sector, in particular working with national house builders would be advantageous.
