Busy Bristol client delivers integrated Masterplanning, Architecture and Urban Design. From their studios in Devon and Bristol, they enjoy creating exciting new places for their clients through establishing strong creative visions which are then robustly carried through to detailed, viable proposals.
The client is working on a range of exciting residential led developments at both outlin planning and detailed design stages and is looking to recruit an experienced Urban Designer to design and manage these projects.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years post qualified experience gained in a design practice working on urban design and masterplanning projects.
Experience in designing detailed residential layouts and masterplans, street elevations and land budget plans is a requirement for the role. Evidence of report writing for DAS and Design Code documents is also essential for this role.
The successful candidate will have excellent written, verbal and graphic communication and be proficient in the use of Vectorworks, Adobe Creative Suite and hand-drawing.
