A dynamic practice of 30 people is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their modern studio.
The role requires a technical expert with experience running projects from post-planning stage to completion.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience, be proficient in REVIT, and possess skills in tender documentation and NBS specification writing.

If the answer was yes then please read on as our client who opened in 2015 and have grown staff numbers each year are looking for another prosperous new year in 2025 and they are now looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist.

They need a Technical expert to run projects from post planning stage onwards through to completion. You will oversee the work of the internal team and coordinate work with external consultants.

We would like to hear from proven 'job runners' who are competent with tender documentation with NBS specification writing experience. You will be competent with REVIT and have a solid understanding of the construction legislations.
