Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

Project manage and deliver on a range of multidisciplined projects from inception to completion.
Produce tender and working drawing packages
Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
Carry out site visits and surveys to ensure compliance is achieved
Liaise with clients, other consultants within the team and local authorities

Requirements for the role Senior Architectural Technologist:

Relevant degree within Architectural Technology
Significant post qualification experience in a relevant role within a UK practice
CIAT membership
Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations and construction detailing
Background in managing projects through technical stages
Experience developing technical design packages
Experience using NBS to write specifications
Experience working across the residential, education, commercial and heritage sectors is desirable
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Live within a commutable distance to the Bristol area
