Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:
- Project manage and deliver on a range of multidisciplined projects from inception to completion.
- Produce tender and working drawing packages
- Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
- Carry out site visits and surveys to ensure compliance is achieved
- Liaise with clients, other consultants within the team and local authorities
Requirements for the role Senior Architectural Technologist:
- Relevant degree within Architectural Technology
- Significant post qualification experience in a relevant role within a UK practice
- CIAT membership
- Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
- Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations and construction detailing
- Background in managing projects through technical stages
- Experience developing technical design packages
- Experience using NBS to write specifications
- Experience working across the residential, education, commercial and heritage sectors is desirable
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Bristol area
