Working alongside one of the directors you will play a catalyst role producing masterplan designs, outline applications and written documents. You will liaisewith local authority representatives and clients working up to the planning stage on projects.
We would like to hear from applicants who have worked for a consultant or developer with residential design experience. You must hold a knowledge of the planning systems and have good written and verbal communication skills.
