Sonic Summary

We are seeking a Repairs Scheduler for a 6-month temporary position with a Housing Association in Bristol, which may lead to a permanent role.
The position offers an hourly rate of £16-£18 via umbrella and requires 35 hours of work per week from Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities include assisting the housing department, scheduling repairs, and serving as the first point of contact for customers.
Candidates should have prior experience in scheduling repairs, preferably within a Housing Association, along with excellent customer service skills.
Applicants should be available to start within one week to be considered for this role.

We are looking for a Repairs Scheduler to join a Housing Association in Bristol on a 6-month temporary contract with the possibility to go permanent after. This role is offering great benefits and hybrid working.

Hourly rate: 16-18 p/h via umbrella
Location: Bristol
Hours: 35 hours Mon - Fri

As a Repairs Scheduler you will be doing:

Assisting the housing department where needed
Working closely with the repairs team
Scheduling initial repairs
Dealing with emails and inbound calls from customers
First point of contact with customer

Experience required for a Repairs Scheduler

previous experience in scheduling repairs, preferably within a Housing Association
excellent Customer Service skills
ability to organise and priorities a work load
available within 1 week
