We are seeking a highly motivated Aesthetic Sales Specialist who thrives in sales. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in generating bookings, promoting treatments, and delivering a 5-star customer experience that keeps clients coming back for more.
Are you the right person for the job?
- Sales Experience: You've excelled in a sales environment, preferably in aesthetics, beauty, medical, or clinic settings, and you know how to close deals and hit targets
- Aesthetic Knowledge: Aesthetic Knowledge is beneficial, but full training can be provided
- Customer-Centric: You genuinely care about delivering exceptional service and creating a memorable experience for every client
- Organised & Efficient: You can juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality
- Motivated by Success: You're hungry for sales and motivated by uncapped commissions – the more you sell, the more you earn!
What will your role look like?
- Drive Sales: Proactively convert treatment inquiries into confirmed bookings, upsell additional treatments, and retail products to meet or exceed your sales targets
- Engage Clients: Provide exceptional service from the moment clients reach out, ensuring their journey is smooth, informative, and results in bookings
- Manage Appointments: Handle patient bookings, appointments, and follow-ups using our user-friendly clinic software
- Promote & Upsell: Use your knowledge of aesthetics and treatments to effectively promote services and create tailored packages for clients, boosting your commission and contributing to the clinic's growth
- Inquiries Handling: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person, offering detailed, knowledgeable advice about our services and treatments
- Social Media & Marketing: Collaborate on creating engaging content to promote our clinic's services, attract new clients, and enhance brand awareness
- Clinic Operations: Assist with stock management, reporting, and general team coordination to ensure smooth clinic operations

- Uncapped Commission: 1% commission on all billed treatments – earn up to £1,000/month in commission alone!
