Are you looking to take your sales career to the next level with a global leader in premium coffee technology?

Our client is a leading global provider of cutting-edge solutions for professional coffee making and is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior National Account Manager to join its UK team.

This role involves managing and developing key national accounts within the QSR sector, as well as identifying new business opportunities across the region.

While a passion for coffee is a plus, it’s not essential—this is a fantastic opportunity to represent a premium brand of fully automatic coffee machines and work closely with clients to ensure expectations are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions and first-class service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of orders and professional handling of customer inquiries.
  • Manage and grow a sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups and clear communication with prospects.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and innovations within the coffee industry.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market developments, and customer insights.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development/account management, ideally within the coffee or beverage equipment sector although other foodservice capital equipment sales experience will be considered.
  • Experience of specifically selling into the QSR sector with a strong network within this channel.
  • A full UK driving license.
  • Live in either The Midlands The Southeast or The Southwest.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for developing lasting client relationships.
  • A results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  • Quick to learn and confident in communicating technical product information.
  • High energy and enthusiasm for taking on new challenges.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the UK to visit clients and end-user locations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
