What you'll need to succeed
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring precise record-keeping and error-free accounts
- Financial Knowledge: Expertise in managing ledgers, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage
- Organisational Skills: Keeping financial records up to date and accessible
- Tax & Compliance Understanding: Handling VAT, payroll, and tax obligations efficiently
- Problem-Solving Ability: Addressing financial discrepancies and improving workflows
- Trust & Confidentiality: Managing sensitive financial data with the highest integrity
