Great opportunity to work as a Production Operative for our client - A fast-paced food and raw material environment.

Staffline is recruiting Production Operatives in Avonmouth.

The rate of pay is:
- Days £12.27 per hour
- Nights £13.49 per hour

This position offers both full and part-time work on rotating shifts, and the hours of work are:

- Day shifts 6am to 6pm, usually 4 on 4 off.
- Nights can vary on patterns and are 10pm to 6am or 10pm to 8am

Shift Pattern:
4 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off.

Example shift pattern: Monday-Thursday, off Friday, Saturday-Sunday, off Monday-Tuesday, Wednesday-Thursday, off Friday-Sunday.

Your Time at Work

As a Production Operative, your duties include:

- Working on a food production line
- Conducting quality inspections to ensure products meet our high standards
- Adhering to strict health and safety regulations

Applicants must be punctual and reliable, with a commitment to attending every shift.

Experience in similar role desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
