Are you a hands-on individual with a passion for working in a fast-paced production environment? Paragon is currently looking for a dedicated Production Operative to join our team in Bristol. You’ll play a vital role in our production operations, helping us meet client demands and ensuring timely and accurate dispatch.

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (rotating days and nights)
Days: 7am – 7pm | Nights: 7pm – 7am

Your main duties would include:

Setting up and operating enclosing machines to meet daily production requirements.
Following client-specific instructions and job work orders.
Managing machine processes, stock levels, and workload planning to maximise output.
Ensuring quality control and adherence to company checks and procedures.
Reporting machine faults, print quality concerns, or stock issues to management.

Skills and Attributes we are looking for

Comfortable working in a shift-based role, including nights.
Experience within retail / hospitality / production or similar fast-paced envrionment
Able to follow instructions and work independently.
Mechanically minded with a proactive approach to production work.
Focused on quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
Excellent time management and organisational skills
