Job Title: Industrial CleanerLocation: Almondsbury, BristolSalary: £15.82 per hourHours: 5 on / 5 off (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM), including a 4 on / 4 off rotation to guarantee two weekends off per monthOverview:We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Industrial Cleaner to join our client's team in Almondsbury. This industrial cleaning role requires a proactive approach and strong attention to detail. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness across factory areas, contributing to a safe and efficient working environment. For those who demonstrate the right attitude, there is potential for training in operational tasks.Key Responsibilities:- Operate sweepers provided by the client to clean designated areas- Shovel brick debris into skips and manage waste appropriately- Wipe down machinery, handrails, and other surfaces to maintain hygiene standards- Carry out deep cleaning in areas requiring specialised attention- Follow health and safety procedures in an industrial setting- Complete cleaning tasks to a high standard within set timeframes- Work collaboratively with team members to uphold factory hygieneRequirements:- Previous experience in industrial cleaning or a similar role is desirable- Comfortable with manual tasks such as shovelling and lifting- Ability to operate cleaning equipment (training provided if needed)- Strong work ethic and attention to detail- Positive attitude and willingness to learn-Commitment to health and safety regulationsBenefits:- Competitive hourly rate- Structured shift pattern with guaranteed weekends off- Opportunities for training and progression into operational rolesInterested?Apply now or contact Gi Group on for more information.
