We're looking for multiple contract Business Analysts to support a high-impact insurance platform integration initiative.
You'll be instrumental in shaping the integration roadmap across policy admin systems, claims platforms, pricing and underwriting engines - driving discovery, defining requirements, and influencing strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead discovery activities to define integration needs across multiple workstreams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and document requirements, translating them into actionable plans
- Contribute to the build-out of detailed integration roadmaps across operational lines such as claims, policy admin, and underwriting
- Navigate ambiguity to bring structure and clarity to evolving programme goals
- Support platform re-alignment and organisational integration efforts
- Apply data governance and data principles, with knowledge of ETL processes
- Proven experience on large-scale transformation or integration programmes (organisational, system, or platform)
- Experience in Guidewire, platform re-alignment, or insurance systems is highly advantageous
- Background in Insurance strongly preferred
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams
- Strong capability in intense discovery, business analysis and solution scoping
- Familiarity with data-related work (data governance, ETL, principles)
