We're excited to announce a fantastic opportunity to establish and lead a new business analysis function within our client's Pensions Administration and Advisory division! Location:This role is open to candidates across the UK! With offices in Bristol, Glasgow, London, Manchester, Redditch, Sheffield, and York, we also welcome remote applications for those living further afield.

What You'll Do:As our Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in:

  • Establishing a new business analysis function from the ground up, including frameworks, tools, and best practises.
  • Understanding and documenting business requirements, analysing challenges, and effectively communicating solutions.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation of transformation initiatives.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement, developing business cases, and supporting testing and deployment efforts.

What We're Looking For:

  • An experienced business analyst in the financial services industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive approach to adapting and applying best practise principles in a new environment.
  • Ability to work efficiently under strict project timetables.
  • Previous experience within the Occupational Trust-Based Pension Scheme industry is a plus!
