Area Manager - Commercial Cleaning
Location: Swindon / Bath / Bristol
Salary: 34,000 + company vehicle + phone + laptop + benefits
Type: Full-time, Permanent
What You'll Do
- Oversee multiple commercial cleaning contracts across your region
- Carry out regular site visits, audits, and quality inspections
- Lead inductions, deliver training, and provide ongoing staff support
- Build strong client relationships and resolve any service issues promptly
- Work closely with the Operations Director to support business growth
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year's experience in cleaning, facilities management, or soft FM
- Confident communicator with strong leadership skills
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Flexible and proactive approach - this isn't a 9-5 desk role
