You'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional student experience while driving commercial performance, operational excellence, and team engagement.The Role:
  • Lead the local operations strategy, ensuring high standards in safety, cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance.
  • Drive occupancy, rental growth, and profitability through effective sales and service delivery.
  • Champion resident wellbeing and foster a welcoming, inclusive community.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team, ensuring they have the tools, training, and support to excel.
  • Maintain strong relationships with university partners and local communities.
  • Oversee asset management, capital planning, and statutory compliance.
  • Act as a visible, approachable leader for residents and staff, resolving issues and delivering solutions.
About You:
  • Proven leadership in operations, hospitality, property management, or PBSA (Purpose-Built Student Accommodation). Retail can also be considered.
  • Skilled in team management, performance improvement, and creating positive workplace cultures.
  • Strong commercial awareness with a track record of meeting revenue and occupancy targets.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Calm under pressure, decisive, and solutions-focused.
  • Commitment to equality, sustainability, and student welfare.
