A loyal client to Sphereare looking to appoint a Building Services Manager, to commence a new role in Bristol.
Your new company are a large Tier 1 main contractor, who's Interiors arm are delivering this scheme.
The role in question will be based on site in Bristol and aimed at the delivery of a 100M Fit Out project. This end product will consist of a new Research Hub for Dyson.
My client are looking for a Building Services Manager with good Main Contractor / Tier 1 work history, both Mechanical & Electrical knowledge, and where possible Fit Out and Refurbishment schemes.
