Facilities AdministratorStart Date: ASAPDuration: 3-4 months (with potential to extend)Pay: £14.55 per hour37-hours per weekWe are currently recruiting a proactive and customer-focused Facilities Administrator to join a busy, front-facing team. If you take pride in creating an organised and streamlined office environment and enjoy working with people then please read on..________________________________________Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellent customer service while supporting colleagues and visitors on-site
  • Conduct daily/weekly checks to maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation
  • Work closely with members of the business services team to share information and admin processes
  • Support invoice reconciliation and liaise with suppliers on payments when required
  • Set up purchase orders on the finance system as requested
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding facilities management queries
  • Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are tidy, set up, and equipped
  • Supporting senior management - printing, prepare documentation for meetings
  • Conduct regular checks and take action to maintain high standards across the facility
  • Report maintenance issues and liaise with contractors and landlords
  • Oversee planned maintenance work and ensure health & safety compliance
________________________________________What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in a customer-facing role - facilities or office support experience a plus
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Highly organised with a proactive and flexible approach
  • Comfortable using IT systems (including Microsoft Office, especially Excel)
  • Basic maintenance/DIY skills
