- Handle enquiries from builders, suppliers and customers
- Process invoices and reconcile statements
- Assist with quantity surveying queries, ensuring accurate information is provided
- Track and update progress of projects
- Assist with payroll processing
- Filing and data entry
The successful candidate will come from a strong administrative background, be well-organised and ideally have some invoicing/payroll experience.
