In this role you will be the driving force behind day to day operations. You will support your teams, resolve escalations, improve processes and make sure high quality service is consistently delivered. It is a hands on and practical role that suits someone who enjoys leading from the front.
This role can be remote but with occasional travel to the Head Office in the centre of Bristol.
What you will be doing
Leading, coaching and developing Service Desk and Payroll teams
Managing workflows, performance and daily service delivery
Acting as the main escalation point for complex queries
Identifying operational improvements to increase efficiency and service quality
Ensuring payroll activities are delivered accurately and on time
Creating a positive and collaborative team culture
What we are looking for
Strong operational HR management experience
Proven leadership of HR service led teams
Excellent problem solving skills and calmness under pressure
A people first approach with the ability to inspire and motivate
Experience in HR Service Desk and Payroll functions
Ideally CIPD qualified
