We are seeking Van Delivery Drivers for a well-established client in Severn Beach, offering a permanent salary of £28,000 plus benefits and overtime opportunities.
Candidates should have a minimum of 6 months' van driving experience and a clean driving record with no serious penalties.
The role involves working in a 2-person crew to deliver household goods, which includes some heavy lifting and excellent customer service.
Shifts are structured as 5 days on and 3 days off, starting at 07:00am, with pay rates of £17.25 per hour (PAYE Umbrella) or £13.60 per hour (PAYE), and overtime paid at 1.5 times.
Successful candidates may also have the opportunity to gain their 7.5t license and other qualifications through a fully funded training scheme.

Van Driver (3.5t) - Severn Beach
Location: Severn Beach

We're recruiting Van Delivery Drivers for a well-established client based in Severn Beach. This is a great opportunity for drivers looking for long-term, stable work. Permanent salary 28k + benefits + OT + Bonus OTE 30k++

Successful candidates can also be offered the chance to gain their 7.5t licence, CPC, and tacho card - fully funded on their optional training scheme!

Shifts & Pay

Start Time: 07:00am - finish (job & knock)
Shift Pattern: 5 days on, 3 days off (rolling rota)
Pay Rates: 17.25 p/h (PAYE Umbrella), 13.60 p/h (PAYE), OT x1.5
Progression: Once qualified, 7.5t Drivers earn around 35,000 + benefits + 30 days holiday

What You'll Do

Work as part of a 2-person crew (driver + mate)
Deliver household goods to customer homes (including to room of choice)
Some heavy lifting involved
Complete delivery paperwork accurately
Provide excellent customer service

What We're Looking For

Minimum 6 months' van driving experience
Maximum 6 penalty points (no DR, DD, TT or IN10)
Ability to pass a DBS check and drug & alcohol test (arranged by us)
Flexible approach - finish times may vary
Strong communication & customer service skills
