A full UK driving licence (held for at least one year) is required, as you'll be provided with a company van for travel.

Your Role:
As a Carpenter, you'll be part of the Responsive Repairs Team, carrying out a wide range of carpentry tasks across residential properties. You may also support other teams depending on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- 1st and 2nd fix carpentry
- Installation of windows, doors, and door frames (internal and external)
- UPVC servicing and installation
- Locksmithing - including lock snapping, drilling, and picking
- Fencing - including posts, feather edge, chain link, and panels
- Kitchen fitting and minor joinery
- Basic plumbing, plastering, tiling, decorating, and general maintenance
What You'll Need:
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the residential/housing sector
- NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry or at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong awareness of health and safety practices
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach
