Carpenter

This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) with opportunities to boost your earnings through call-outs and overtime at competitive rates.

A full UK driving licence (held for at least one year) is required, as you'll be provided with a company van for travel.

Your Role:

As a Carpenter, you'll be part of the Responsive Repairs Team, carrying out a wide range of carpentry tasks across residential properties. You may also support other teams depending on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1st and 2nd fix carpentry
• Installation of windows, doors, and door frames (internal and external)
• UPVC servicing and installation
• Locksmithing - including lock snapping, drilling, and picking
• Fencing - including posts, feather edge, chain link, and panels
• Kitchen fitting and minor joinery
• Basic plumbing, plastering, tiling, decorating, and general maintenance

What You'll Need:

• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the residential/housing sector
• NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry or at least 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong awareness of health and safety practices
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach
