Chef - Bath - £15p/h - All overtime paid!!!

£15,00 per hour, contracted to 40 hours so any hours over this is paid overtime!!
Due to location own transport is essential
Our client is a boutique hotel set in the countryside on the outskirts of Bath, and they are currently recruiting for a Chef.
This role would suit a Chef who is creative and likes to use fresh local produce and most ingredients are sourced from the local area or actually on site.
Role Overview:
As the Chef you will report directly to the Head Chef and Sous Chef. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting the food as well as designing new dishes that can be offered to the customers. Part of your role will be to train and develop the skills of the Commis Chefs within the kitchen and supervise them when necessary.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
? To produce and present dishes to meet the required standard
? To run a section within a kitchen
? To assist in monitoring and maintaining quality of food produced
What You Need to Be a Successful:
? Previous experience in a similar role as a Chef.
? Experience cooking with fresh produce and to a high standard
? A creative flair with a passion for the hospitality industry
? Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
? Educated to the NVQ level or equivalent, not essential
