A wonderful opportunity has become available for a talented Chef De Partie to join the kitchen team of a stunning luxury country house hotel. Home to a 3 Rosette, 50-cover restaurant and banqueting for up to 100 guests, this is an excellent environment for a chef who is passionate about refined, seasonal cooking.

They are happy to consider strong chefs from a 2 Rosette background looking to make the step up.

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie

  • Running your section confidently and delivering consistently high standards
  • Preparing and cooking dishes for the 50-cover restaurant and banqueting up to 100 guests
  • Supporting senior chefs with the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen
  • Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen organisation
  • Assisting with training and guiding junior members of the team
  • Bringing creativity, enthusiasm and a commitment to quality ingredients
