Group Executive Chef, Multi-site Venues, Bristol & Southwest
This is a fantastic opportunity to join this leading Southwest based catering company, focused on visitor attraction retail catering and quality event venues.
This is an exciting time to join this business as it enters a new phase of business growth and development. This company are looking for an experienced and driven Executive Chef to facilitate this growth and support new mobilisations, existing contracts and play a key role in the tender process for new business. Broadly, this will be within the Southwest region, with a base within the Bristol area.
The Group Executive Chef will play a key role as part of the Leadership Team and will produce and deliver a quality food offer and menu concepts for multifaceted high profile visitor attraction & event venues. This will be underpinned by facilitating team development programs and product & supplier management. A key part of the role will be to lead and support the venue head chefs ensuring profitability and company standards are achieved.
Ideal candidates will have executive or area/group head chef experience will have a background within quality retail catering, brand restaurant or B&I. And ideally some events exposure. Along with excellent commercial acumen, kitchen management and leadership/organisational skills for a multi-venue/site business.
Salary & Benefits
Starting Salary on offer is from £60,000 to £68,000 p.a. Neg. depending on experience
