Role: Head Chef
Location: Bristol
Salary: up to £50k - £55k
We are recruiting for an experienced Head Chef to lead a large food and beverage kitchen operation.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional people skills and strong experience in a multi site operation.
The role:
- Manage all aspects of a large multi faceted kitchen operation.
- Lead and communicate to a large team, demonstrating team work, growth and development.
- Drive the delivery of high standards within the operation from food presentation, to food quality, cleanliness and food safety.
- Be knowledgeable across financials and driving a business forward commercially.
The Candidate:
We are seeking a great leader and communicator with strong experience of leading large kitchen operations.
Hotel or Multi operational F&B experience required.
Passion for everything food and delivering an exceptional experience to customers.
Excellent organisational skills.
