Tonic are currently supporting our client with the search for a new Head Chef/Kitchen Manager inBristol City Centre.In this pivotal role as Kitchen Manager, you will hold full responsibility for the seamless management of all kitchen operations within this dynamic, high-volume establishment that prides itself on serving fresh, quality food.

What are we looking for from Head Chef candidates?

You must have experience as a Kitchen Manager, Head Chef or Sous Chef within casual dining
Proactive, flexible and adaptable, with great attention to detail
