- Build and maintain robust relationships with decision-makers across the construction industry.
- Maintain accurate records of specifications, project opportunities, and sales activities within CRM systems.
- Manage the project pipeline, tracking progress from specification through tender and delivery.
- Deliver presentations and CPD training to prospective customers and industry stakeholders.
- Provide technical support and training on flat roofing products.
- Monitor market trends and regulatory developments, attending industry events to promote solutions.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs for the flat roofing division.
- At least five years of sales experience in the construction industry, particularly selling into contractors.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
