Area Sales Manager

A field sales role promoting a leading range of roof tiles and pitched roof building materials across the South West and South Wales. Tracking residential projects with national house builders, regional developers, contractors and specifiers, whilst account managing the relationship with merchants and distributors.

THE ROLE - Area Sales Manager:

• A field based territory sales role inheriting an established and well performing area
• Promoting an industry leading range of fibre cement slate roof tiles, along with a complimentary range of roofing accessories
• You will be tracking and winning residential projects from the regional offices of the national house builders, as well as regional developers, contractors, housing associations, architects and specifiers
• Whilst managing the relationship with a portfolio of merchants and distributors that your projects will be back-sold through

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT - Area Sales Manager:

• You will be a field sales professional with experience from within the construction industry
• This could have been gained from manufacturer, distributor or merchant
• The role comes with full product training, and my client is happy to recruit from any building material background
• You will be professional and structured in your sales approach, with first class presentation and communication skills
