Territory Sales Manager – South East England (Waste Management Solutions)

South East England (Work from Home)

£35,000-£40,000 basic, up to 40% annual bonus + company car

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Area Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on new business development within the waste management sector. This is a 360-degree sales role, ideal for someone who thrives on end-to-end sales cycles – from prospecting and lead generation to closing. The role requires a proactive, self-starter approach, as you'll not only be following up on warm leads from our telesales team but also generating your own pipeline, including booking and attending appointments.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business in the South East region, specializing in waste management services and products.
  • Full ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing.
  • Generate your own appointments in addition to those set by the telesales team.
  • Build strong relationships with clients in sectors including Drainage and Utilities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets with uncapped commission potential.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in waste management services, drainage, utilities or a technical / related sector. We would ideally like someone to have knowledge within the waste industry.
  • A track record of 360 sales and business development.
  • Knowledge of the South East region and an ability to work remotely while managing time and goals effectively.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 basic with £5,000 - £15,000 commission in Year 1 (uncapped).
