- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing marketing, publishing or digital delivery role
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and great attention to detail
- Experience juggling multiple campaigns or projects at once
- Familiarity with platforms like Hubspot, Monday.com, Salesforce or similar
- A good grasp of digital marketing tactics and campaign reporting
