Juice Recruitment are supporting a leading client renowned for delivering high-quality services to a portfolio of clients across the luxury, entertainment, and events sectors. They are looking to appoint a Client Relationship Manager to join their growing, friendly team based in Bristol.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for relationship building and a keen eye for detail. You will act as the first point of contact for both new and existing clients, supporting them through the sales process and ensuring their needs are met with care, efficiency and professionalism.

DAY TO DAY:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Provide proactive, solution-focused support, ensuring a smooth client experience from enquiry to delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals, researching and identifying new leads.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients around recurring events and annual campaigns.
  • Follow up on interest from trade shows and exhibitions, helping to secure new business.
  • Maintaining and updating the CRM system, ensuring notes, tasks and pipelines are up to date.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, able to work both independently and within a small team.
