A great client is seeking a Marketing Manager with prior experience as a Marketing Communications Manager, Marketing Lead, or Senior Marketing Executive.
The successful candidate will report to the Business Development Director and manage a team of two, covering all aspects of the marketing mix.
Key responsibilities include generating quality leads, enhancing digital experience, and championing the client's brand, along with budget management.
Applicants should have proven experience in a similar B2B role, excellent digital marketing knowledge, and team management experience.
The salary for this position ranges from £45,000 to £50,000 plus benefits, and it is fully office-based in East Bristol.

Im delighted to be representing a great Client of ours, an established organisation with recruitment for their Marketing Manager role. This vacancy would be a strong match for someone who already gained some experience as a Marketing Communications Manager, Marketing Lead or a Senior Marketing Executive looking for their next step.

What youll be doing

The successful candidate will report into Business Development Director and they will manage a team of two. This is a broad and all-encompassing marketing role which will cover all aspects of the marketing mix including strategy, communication/ PR, brand, digital and campaigns. The main purpose of this role will be to generate quality leads, enhance digital experience and champion my Clients brand. The postholder will have budget responsibility and will work with several suppliers plus a range of internal stakeholders.

Proven experience in a similar role for a B2B business.
Excellent knowledge of digital marketing.
Confident in planning and executing a marketing strategy.
Team management experience.
Effortless relationship building skills.
