Artis Recruitment is working with a global engineering-led manufacturer to recruit a National Business Development Manager. This is a high-impact, field-based role driving UK sales for a specialist division that supplies precision-engineered components used in façade systems, windows, and doors.

You’ll be responsible for both new business development and strategic account growth, working with fabricators, system houses, and design/specification teams across the construction and building products space.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading sales development across the UK, focusing on specification-led and engineered product sales

  • Managing national key accounts and identifying untapped technical opportunities

  • Selling into fabricators, system partners, and specifiers - including architects and procurement teams

  • Acting as the UK lead for a product range used in energy-efficient façades and thermal insulation systems

  • Collaborating with UK and European teams to deliver bespoke technical solutions

What you’ll need:

  • Proven success in B2B technical sales, ideally in façades, aluminium systems, glazing, or performance components

  • Experience working with design/spec teams, fabricators, or system houses

  • Commercial sharpness and confidence in value-led, solution-based sales conversations

  • Self-motivated and comfortable operating across a national territory with field-based autonomy

  • Ideally, some exposure to thermal break technology or energy-rated building products
