Our client, a multi-award-winning Wealth Management firm based in Bristol, continues to experience strong year-on-year organic growth. As part of their expansion, they are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and support a team of Financial Advisers.
In this varied role, you will take ownership of the day-to-day management of Advisers, providing ongoing support and resolving queries from staff, clients, and third parties. You will also:
- Identify skills and knowledge gaps within the team and implement targeted training programs.
- Liaise closely with Compliance to ensure regulatory updates are fully understood and applied.
- Conduct regular one-to-one meetings with Financial Advisers to review business plans, performance, and pipeline opportunities.
- Attend selected client meetings to ensure advice is delivered consistently and in line with regulatory requirements.
- Provide Senior Management and the Board with detailed, accurate MI and business analysis reports.
- Play an active role in the recruitment process for both internal and external candidates.
This is a high-profile leadership role where you will interact with stakeholders at all levels. Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential.
Requirements: Regional Sales Manager
- Proven experience managing Financial Advisers within Wealth Management or Retail Banking.
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) is essential.
- A confident, proactive approach with a strong focus on people development and compliance.
