We’re partnering with one of the UK’s fastest-growing digital businesses to find a Strategic SEO Manager who’s ready to take real ownership of organic search and help drive the next phase of growth.

The Role

  • Leading the development and implementation of an SEO strategy focused on visibility, traffic, and growth
  • Working closely with content creators, marketing, product and development teams to deliver integrated, effective campaigns
  • Using data to guide decisions—monitoring performance, spotting opportunities, and refining approach
  • Managing on-page optimisation, keyword targeting, content strategy, and off-page initiatives
  • Staying on top of competitor activity, search trends, and algorithm changes
  • Briefing and supporting writers, and ensuring content is well-structured, relevant, and optimised

Experience

  • Proven SEO experience with a focus on strategy, content and implementation
  • Comfortable using tools like GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Search Console
  • Strong analytical skills—you enjoy turning insight into action
  • Confident working cross-functionally and managing multiple workstreams
  • Collaborative, self-motivated, and positive—someone who adds to the culture, not the noise
  • Experience with competitor analysis and a commercial mindset
