Reed is working with a rapidly growing company based in Central Bristol, recruiting for a Trust Partner Sales Executive on a full time, permanent basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving business development and forming strategic partnerships with Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs) and Multi-School Groups (MSGs). You’ll play a key role in expanding the organisation’s reach and impact across multiple programmes.
Please note: This role involves travel to meet with clients.
Salary: £35k - £38k
OTE: An additional £15k in commission per year
Hybrid: Opportunity to work flexibly in both the office in central Bristol and from home
Duties:
Develop and implement regional business development strategies aligned with organisational goals.
Collaborate with senior leadership on client acquisition and growth initiatives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and market analysis.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, tenders, and presentations.
Secure and manage high-value client accounts.
Organise and lead events such as exhibitions and conferences.
Stay informed on market trends and government policy to identify growth opportunities.
Work closely with marketing and partnerships teams to expand programme offerings.

Experienced in the education sector (preferably in training, recruitment, or business development).
Commercially savvy with a strong background in sales.
