You would need
聽
路- UK design consultancy experience across a range of sectors - notably Residential
路- Sound client liaison experience and being commercially aware
路- Experience with Section Agreements 278, 38, 185 and 104
路- Fully conversant in the use of software such as AutoCAD, Civil3D, WinDes or their equivalents
路- Hands on approach, with a desire to remain engaged in design and project delivery
路- Willingness to grow a Civils team alongside the Regional Director - helping line manage/mentor colleagues
路- Good organisation, communication, and presentation skills
路- You will have a good level of previous experience in the industry and have an aspiration to start a new and exciting chapter in your career
