• Engineering or Technical background with 3–5 years’ experience in manufacturing or engineering.
• Proven project management expertise and commercial awareness.
• A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
• Dynamic, hands-on approach with a passion for innovation.
• Strong MS Office and MS Project skills.
