Sonic Summary

A building consultancy in Bristol is seeking a Building Surveyor with chartered MRICS status for regional educational projects.
The position offers a salary of £45,000 per annum and follows a hybrid working model of 2-3 days onsite and 2-3 days from home.
Candidates should have experience in sectors such as education, local authorities, healthcare, and universities, along with project management skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is advantageous, and familiarity with BIM systems is also beneficial.
Interviews are scheduled for May, and strong candidates with ambition and teamwork skills are encouraged to apply.

I'm currently working in partnership with a building consultancy supporting them with the crucial hire of both a Building Surveyor (chartered MRICS is desired) to join their Bristol office to work across regional educational projects. £45,000 per annum 2-3 days per week onsite/ office, 2-3 days home working hybrid modelLocation: Bristol with travel to regional sites.

Building Surveyor

Experience in sectors such as: education, local authorities, health care, NHS, universities etc.
Experience in managing surveying projects and contract administration
Good team working skills and ability to communicate well at all levels.
Have experience working for a consultancy
Experience of AutoCAD, and Revit is advantageous
An awareness of BIM systems
