We're working with a long-standing, sustainability-focused multi-disciplinary consultancy (PM, Cost, BS) to help them find a a newly Chartered Building Surveyor for their growing Bristol office.
With strong investment and long-term plans for the South West, this is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role within a progressive, close-knit team-currently 6 Building Surveyors, ranging from graduates through to Director level.
The Role
They're particularly keen to speak with surveyors who have a project-led background-contract administration, project delivery, refurbishments, and stakeholder management are key focuses. However, if you have a mix of project and professional experience, they're open to considering that too.
Sectors include commercial, residential, retail, industrial, care, and offices. You'll play a key role in delivering projects, mentoring more junior colleagues, and helping to grow the client base in the region.
What We're Looking For
MRICS (essential)
Ideally a project-focused surveyor, but open to someone with professional surveying experience
Strong client skills and commercial awareness
What's on Offer
45,000 - 55,000 depending on experience
25 days holiday (rising with service)
