Requirements for the position of Energy Assessor:
- SAP experience
- Understanding of Part L2, BRUKL outputs, and non-domestic energy compliance
- Ability to produce accurate calculations and technical documentation
- Strong communication skills for liaising with architects, engineers, and clients
- Interest in developing additional skills such as TM59 / Part O / DTM
Duties and Responsibilities of an Energy Assessor:
- Produce BRUKL reports and issue non-domestic EPCs
- Advise design teams on compliance outcomes and energy performance
- Support overheating or DTM assessments where required
- Maintain project documentation and contribute to technical workflow
