How you'll make an impact

You will lead a team of experts to streamline and optimise ERP operations, focusing on Oracle ERP Cloud. As a senior figure in the finance systems team, you'll shape strategy, oversee service quality, and provide insights to senior management. You'll be the go-to expert for ensuring seamless integration, scalable systems, and cutting-edge financial technology.

  • Lead, develop and inspire a team of technical and functional ERP specialists
  • Drive ERP system design, functional configuration and strategic improvement initiatives
  • Provide financial system insights and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Ensure robust processes are in place to support reliable ERP operations
  • Manage ERP interfaces, integrations, and support functions
  • Align resources and priorities with business goals, including multi-year transformation planning
  • Maintain performance and availability in line with SLAs
  • Oversee ERP-related change requests and manage their impact
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Maintain documentation and playbooks to support future scalability and knowledge sharing

Essential:

  • Strong experience with Oracle ERP Cloud in a hands-on functional or technical role
  • Proven leadership experience within finance or systems transformation
  • Oracle Certified Professional or equivalent accreditation
  • Background in IT, Finance, or a related field

Preferred:

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations
  • Knowledge of COBIT or ITIL frameworks
  • Agile working experience
